With the major changes that happened recently at e.thriteen and the Hive, the e.13 Staccato pedal project was put on hold. Things are going forward now and the Hive was showing off two e.thirteen pedals (LG1+ and LG1R) available soon. Details inside.

Two new pedals for e.thriteen for 2011. Slated to be available in October these two pedals offer a lot of similarities with the Staccato pedal but with various updates.

Spin control is something riders love to see on a pedal. e.thirteen offers an adjustable option here on their pedals so you can adjust how easily they spin.

Pins are extracted through the top of the pedal so extracting a defunct pin shouldn’t booger up your threads.

e.thirteen also use the same polycarbonate wear plate on their pedals. These plates are replaceable so don’t be surprised to see lots of color options down the road.

They used these removable plates to help with re-usability, customization, as well as aiding in glancing off impacts better than aluminum.
