When our first seatposts launched in 2016, we dubbed them “RELIABLE. SERVICEABLE. AFFORDABLE.” Being fully mechanical, coil sprung, and well thought out, there was little opportunity for error. This also meant that anybody with a basic set of tools could rebuild the seatpost, should it come to that. To top it off, a mere $279 got you a factory-edition lever, failsafe seatpost, and even the cable and housing.
We’ve used the last two years of sales and testing to only further prove our point and improve our seatpost. Now, our 170mm seatpost is shorter than our 150mm seatpost, more reliable thanks to simplified and re-engineered internals, and still only $279.

By simplifying the bushing layout and reducing the length of our cable hanger, we were able to make our 170mm seatpost SHORTER in overall length than our 150mm seatpost.
Our 170mm seatpost uses the same fully mechanical, coil sprung, cable-actuated internals that don’t require bleeds, won’t sag out, and can be serviced at home with a basic set of tools.
With less internals, there’s also less to go wrong. To top it off, we’ve updated many of our existing internals to better function in both short and long term.
