It was only a matter of time before Intense Cycles released a 27.5+ bike and they’ve appropiatly named it the Air Cushioned Vehicle (ACV). Details inside.

ACV = Air Cushioned Vehicle, and that’s how it rides. This Enduro minded ride is Intense Cycles first offering with a 1X specific frame design. We’ve eliminated the front derailleur, this allows us to increase stiffness by having symmetrical, vertical struts on the rear triangle and clears room for the wide, 27.5+ tires.

The adjustable travel ( 4.5″ or 5″) is enough to fine tune your ride for any trail and the full carbon monocoque front and rear triangles keep things nimble and light for the climb. This vehicle is a ripper of a ride.

The ACV is offered in two build specs: Pro & Foundation. It is offered in one exclusive Matte Brown//Matte Gold color way.

Internal cable routing as well as integrated chain stay and seat stay protectors keep a clean finished look.

The ACV is built 1x specific and features a driveside rear strut for added support. The rear of the ACV was built 27.5+ specific.
