Morpheus showed off a prototype downhill bike some time ago and they’ve got a final product now for the pulbic to purcahse. We snapped a few pictures of their Conspiracy downhill bike and the Vimana Jr they were showcasing. Check out some of the details inside to learn more.
The Morpheus Conspiracy downhill bike will be available in a few trim models with some very competitive pricing for riders. As Morpheus sells direct to the consumer, the pricing they’re able to offer is quite impressive. They will have two complete trim packages ($5400, and $3800). The $3,800 option will come equipped with Race Face aluminum components, vivid, and a BoXXer fork. The higher priced option will come equipped similarly to the spec you see in these pictures but will include the new FOX Float X2 air shock.
Morpheus wanted to give their Conspiracy a lively feel and the geometry is also tailored to be a bit longer in the front-end as well. Some details on the Conspiracy is the 63 degree head angle, 13.6″ bb, 16.9″ chainstays, and a 9.5″ x 3″ shock. The bike will be available in 3 sizes (S/M/L) , carries a 2yr warranty and a lifetime crash replacement policy.
If you take a look at the downtube you’ll notice a robust downtube protector on the massive downtube. There is additional built-in protection on the chainstay as well. Visit their website to contact them if you’re interested in purchasing one.
They also had their Vimana Jr on display as well. The Vimana Jr takes cueues from their Vimana but is desigend to be a dirt jumper for young riders given its smaller Jr size. The Vimama Jr can work with 20″ or 24″ wheels. The chainstay length is also adjustable as you can see in the detailed shots below.
