Today SRAM has revealed some of the details of their brand new XX1 drivetrain system. It’s a 1×11 system that utilizes a 10-42t rear cassette with a specially crafted rear derailleur. Check out some of the details inside from SRAM.

SRAM XX1 was built with a dedicated 1X drivetrain philosophy—making it simpler, lighter and more durable than any other.
To start with the cranks, they feature X-SYNC™ which is A CNC- machined , “wide tooth, narrow tooth” pattern is repeated a round the entire chain ring , which mirrors the XX1 chain’s inner and outer links.

Features roller bearing clutch, cage lock, 220g weight (claimed), horizontal parallelogram, and more.
