About the scale:

• The scale is accurate to 1g.
• The scale is made quite sturdy and sits quite well on a table.
• The top of the scale features a clean metal surface for easy cleaning.
• The scale runs on two AAA batteries and also features a place for an external power source (4.5V DC) so you can save on batteries if need be by plugging it into an AC adapter (sold seperatly).

Using the scale:

Using this scale is very easy and there are minimal ways you can incorrectly mess up your readings which is great. The buttons are easy to see and are spaced nicely so you really can’t accidentally press the wrong button. I found the readings on the scale to be precise when compared to other more expensive desktop scale’s I have.

Suggestions on improvement:

• I would like to see the top of the scale where you place parts be either rounded or a recessed surface in the center to hold parts easier. Often if you place a part on there that isn’t flat it can roll around or off the scale. You can remedy this easily by placing a small tub or container on the scale and placing your parts inside.
• I would also like to see this tabletop scale have a higher capacity (perhaps up to 10 or 15 lbs). While 6.6lbs is perfect for weighing small parts it would be nice to weigh heavier parts on the scale as well.
