Thule T2

Introduction:
We’ve all heard of great places to ride from our friends, magazines, and other sources. Most often these great locations aren’t exactly out your back door. Visiting these stellar locations takes a little bit of planning involving directions, gear, and other supplies. One of the most often troublesome issues is getting your rig safely to the locale without having much effort involved.
There are several proven ways to transport bikes. You can use a tray style roof rack, hook type trunk or hitch rack, or our preferred method for downhill and freeride bikes, the hitch mount tray style rack. These different racks have their pluses and minuses as well as vehicle specific application issues. Some cars can only accept certain styles of racks so you have to work around this issue and find the correct product and accessories that work for your bike and your vehicle.
For this review we’ll be taking a look at Thule’s offering in the tray style hitch mounted rack category, the T2. It’s a highly adjustable design with solid construction and easy to use operation. Thule has approached this segment with similar techniques as the other players in the market but they have designed their own innovations into this rack.
