Lenses
The lens of the Ink is relatively standard. It comes with tearoff posts already incorporated and offers UV protection with impact resistance.
Lens Highlights
- The lens is made out of a proven anti-scratch Polycarbonate material.
- During testing no noticeable fogging was developed due to the anti-fog coating on the inside of the lens.
- The Ink lenses come with tearoff posts for vision clearing capabilities.
- The lens has CE UV protection to protect your eyes from damaging rays.
- The lens is relatively easy to swap out since it only has 2 points to secure, one at the nose and one at the top in the center.
Lens Issues
- There is a lack of lens tint options for varying lighting conditions.
- Even though the lens only has 2 points to secure, the process could be made quicker with a pre-curved lens.
- You will have to be careful with anti-fog coating when cleaning the lens to prevent scratching.
- No prescription inserts are available.
- No lens standards compliance.
