Iron Horse Interbike 2007

Iron Horse had a lot of their cards straight for Interbike this year. Their booth was professional and the way they handled the dirt demo was something a lot of other companies could take note from. Instead of releasing bikes immediately, they had you sign up for a time to come back and ride the bike. By doing this, they had time to set up the bikes well for each test.
Needless to say, the Sunday that I rode was setup really quite well. I won’t comment too much on how it rode because I’d sound like a typical fanboy at this point without trying it out a bit longer. The geometry was pretty spot on and I felt really at home in the cockpit. The suspension was active and supple through the range of travel down Bootleg Canyon. It soaked up the small hits amazingly well and pedaled quite nice.

The outdoor demo they had a multitude of the Sunday’s, 7point’s, and and other IH bikes available in Monster Energy colors.

The Sunday remains the same geometry wise this year and rightfully so. Some new color options this year and slightly upgraded/modified build spec. Last year they upgraded the shock linkage to use 10mm hardware and that seems to have paid off for them.

The Sunday comes in a few new flavors and colors. The Sunday Elite comes with a gold theme and a Totem on the front end.

The 6 and 7 Point received some updated geometry which should go over very well for those buying a new 6 or 7 Point this year.
