Fabien Barel is no longer on Kona and is onto Subaru according to Dirt. Rumor on the street is that he’ll be riding a Lapierre with a few other French riders.

Yeti’s got a new video up of Ft. William’s festivites. Graves was looking on point, but had an unfortunate blowout on trying to jump the quads. This is perhaps Clay’s best video he’s shown for Team Yeti. Check it out.

Greg Minaar will not be racing Maribor. He crashed at the World Championships and it was the last toll his shoulder could take. Amazingly he still held it together to claim 4th place.

Kathy Sessler passed along the Santa Cruz report and it was a great day for racing.
Sam Hill’s dominance continues as he wins the downhill at the World Championships in Ft. William, Scotland.
Giving him a scare was Fabien Barel, just barely down at the split; Barel gave it all and came in just .64 behind Hill. [...]
Fabien Barel in true professional form performed superbly considering his recent injry to capture 2nd.

Worlds has begun and there’s tons of coverage already out there. A lot of riders are back from injury including Steve Peat and Barel! Rachel Atherton is also back and ready to rip. Should be a good race and there’s many people that have a solid chance of winning.
