which wheel set to use

OK I have an Fisher Mullet (I hate it), and i just bought an older Azonic propulsion that I'm making into a 4X bike. The Mullet has Bontrager Camino rims with shimano 475 hubs. The propulsion has Sun single track whells with XT hubs. I'm guessing the sun wheelset is around year 2003. The sun's tires are shot so they will get swapped at the very least. Originally I was gonna take the mullets wheels and and switch the cassettes out (the mullet is an 8 spd. and the Azonic a 9)and swap the brake rotors too. Would I be better just swithcing tires or swapping the rotors and cassettes to swap out the wheels sets.

OK well nevermind. I went out and checked and each bike has the same rims. For some reason the brochure is wrong. Not that I got any input anyway.

If you're swapping wheels, you'll have to swap the cassettes and possibly rotors as well. Rotor sizes may be different as well as a wider/taller braking area depending on the brakes you have on the bike.
