Hey all,

I'm desperate to get back to riding again, I haven't had a bike for almost 7 months now. I'm going crazy!!!! I have a new GT Ruckus 1.0 frame that I haven't been able to build up due to my budget.

But if anyone has a used set of single crown forks w/ around 5-6 inches of travel that they'd be willing to let go for a low price let me know! Shoot, if you have a really nice pair I'd even do some web work for ya, lol, like design/build a small website, design a blog, or whatever. You can even check out my web design (http://www.design-evolved.com/works) portfolio at my website at www.design-evolved.com (http://www.design-evolved.com). Not sure if anyone needs any web work, but let me know.

Also, I thought I had a crankset, but I don't know what I did with it. So if you have one of those too, let me know.

My goal is to try and build a bike to take up to Fontana till I can afford to get a real DH bike in the early spring.

Thanks,

Patrick:D

I have an '07 Rock Shok 318 Domain complete with a Cane Creek Double X headset and Syncros stem. It's an 8" travel fork with an 1.5" steer tube. You can have it for $300.

That's a little bigger than I was looking for, won't be good geometry for my frame.

I know beggers, can't be choosers, but I'm trying to stick to about 5" of travel to try and stick to the geometry the frame was designed for.

Thanks for the offer though!

Hi Patrick,

This might be useless as i am in the UK, but i have a FOX FLoat R 130mm (5.11") for sale. I'd be happy to post it over but not sure how much it would cost.

Its just had a warranty service and a brand new steerer tube. So its in top condition, only a few minor marks here and there as you do. Only been ridden for around 3 months @ 1 day a week. Picture attached i hope.
Let me know if your genuinely interested. Price wise, £370 new (They are 2006 model but they came on my Orange 5 and i bought it only summer 2007.) so maybe £200.... ($390) how much do you wanna spend?

I have a mint condition Manitou Sherman Firefly Plus in black. Titanium spring, SPV Evolve damping, 150mm travel adjustable on the fly down to 110mm, 20mm axle, weighs just over 5 pounds. 1-1/8" steerer cut to 9" with star nut installed. Not a mark on the stanchions or lowers. These were purchased new at the beginning of last season and installed on my second bike, which only got ridden about 3 times all year.

Let me know if you're interested.
