Looks great. What are the nuts for on some of the pins?
The little nuts on the outside are to keep the riding from stripping the threads when removing the pins. The outside is usually the first to hit so the nuts are just to protect the pedal from the inevitable.
Crazy light too!
Sick pedal. Aproximate MRSP?
It should be pretty close to the Rallye, if not the same.
NO WAY…PURPLE!!!!! Kit you need a Pair of these for your Double!!!!
Kaboom baby!
Ugh, I used to like their pedals. Yet the price was the only thing that deterred me. They retail for £250 here, and I was willing to get some with a good deal. But there’s no chance on that any more, I don’t waste £250 on pedals that use a bushing anywhere. DU or Polymer, neither work.
they make no-foot tricks easier.
The previous generations of their pedals already had bushings. ALL high end pedals now use bushings. Why? Because you’re wrong. Bushings work EXCEPTIONALLY well if the company using them uses tight enough tolerances.
With more companies going towards, proven, thinner pedals, these look pretty chunky. Is there no way to get them any slimmer?
Really really nice, but if twenty6 want to sell pedals, they need to offer a cheaper option. Not a lot of point spending boku bucks on pretty jewelry that’s just going to get bashed after a few rides out.
On the contrary- we (Competitive Cyclist) have a difficult time keeping them in stock bro! Every color sells well for us and the pink is HOT!!!!!!!!!! I guess if you have a high end enough frame ($1500+)why put cheap ass platforms on it if you’re trying to make it special? Every bike part is subject to abuse in some way- take my Totem for example- nicked the stanchion first freakin ride on it going over the bars in a rock garden! But I’m not going to put a cheaper fork on it because I’m scared of it happening- gotta pay to play!
l250 for pedals,, where are we??
They’re too pretty to be pedals…
True that, no more than $50 for pedals. Because they will get owned!
Sure these pedals are big bucks but you get what you pay for and i wont be replacing them every season these suckers take a beating i have the rallye on my xc bike and i swear it feels like i am running clipless, super light, will buy a set for my dh rig keep em coming Tyler..
