Gerrit’s Turbocharger bashguard should be rotated 90 degrees. As it sits now, any impact load would be against the thinnest part of the bashguard (the recess where the crankarm should be). One of the e*thirteen logo badges should be covered by the crankarm.

    • Coincidentally, he was on the way to the e.13 tent when we bumped into him. It’s probably all fixed now :)

      • Hey guys, we rigged up a picture for the correct mounting of a Turbocharger.

Our site should (finally) be up in a week or so, showing this as well and a bunch of other cool stuff.

        • embedded a picture, also updated the SRS+ preview for anyone else stumbling along and wondering…

Also, how does the XO shifter work with 10s? Or is that some kind of wacky new shifter?

    • If you went to Sea Otter… you might have learned something :) But to answer the question it’s a different shifter

Funny, I just built up my makulu too and there seems to be alot of similarities between our bikes, down to the bash mounted the wrong way. I’ll probly get around to correcting it one day, probably after I break my first one.
