Wait a second guys!
5 new models in one year?
It takes a lot of work to get one out in a single year, could it be that maybe they are making them somewhere else?

mutha f*kuing sick in the but!!!!!!!
sry for my profanity, but im having a celebration party that the design and the potential didnt go over to a crappy company. instead one the best that would/should be recongnized for there good bikes, no i am not a spokesman, lol.
iwouldnt be suprised yet amazed if good ol sammy joins turner for the DH link….
TURNER WILL STRIVE, LIVE LONGER, BE STRONGER AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, RIDE BETTER!!!!

enrico650, the 09 models are still made by SAPA (in the USA).

Seems like the shock’s shaft will have some major punishment with this setup.. actually im sothing concerned with “Plushness” of all this. Looks alot different to what Sunday had. I respect Turner alot, but..

sticky pivots.

legion, correct me if i’m wrong but didn’t this guy design the DW link? i’m sure he knows what he’s doing. it looks like it will be incredibly progressive, and pedal like a dream!

Turner-Horses!!
Chad - I believe Dave Weagle is the creator of the DW Link. Dave Turner owns Turner bikes.
Honestly, im not too stoked that Turner went for the DW. I was impressed by Mr. Turners own DHR and Highline design. BUT Everything is done for a reason.

Well i honestly liked alot the DW Link on IH bikes, and they know what they are doing, for sure, but still.. i have that nasty feeling that this bike will be not that good. Dunno just my own opinion..

Wow very ugly, not impressed at all by the look of any of 09 lineup, also what the guy above said it takes time to design and perfect one model. how much time could they have spent in r&d on the whole lineup in one year? Turner can’t make up his mind started with horst link, then went to faux bar(link above rear dropout), and now dw? why. Not sold on dw-link it seems to be a rip-off virtual pivot, and is know to be the least responsive of all the virtual pivot designs. Just a way around the virtual pivot patent. Also that rear shock in that position is going to get hammered by mud and debris from the rear wheel. Sorry Turner

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. There’s something to be said about riding a bike before quickly coming to conclusions.

I fully agree everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and yes riding a bike is the only way to know if it is good or bad, but when a new product is show cased and up for discussion, then it is all speculation both the good and bad comments.

Armchair engineering at its finest. You have no idea, really.

Im not sure I understand why such a profitable design was licensed to a company like Turner. Turner makes fantastic products, but they arent the biggest name out there. But then again IH wasnt near as well known before the dwlink (or S.HIll…but thats a different story) so maybe this will boost Turner sales and models.

What is the retail on the DHR going to be? When will it be available to the public?
September 11th, 2008 at 8:47 pm
very ugly bike that morewood makula looks like it would slay the turner and it comes with a fender sick

$2495! Whats the RFX gonna cost? $3000?
Crazy price hike, I doubt DW is charging $300 per frame for his design. I’ll take a new nomad for $700 less.
