Banshee Rune 2008

Thursday, June 21st, 2007

2008 is shaping up to be a great model year for Banshee. They have a lot of newly designed bikes coming out. Below is the Banshee Rune. It’s aimed at the Freeride and Trail crowd with ability to built into a great “do-it-all” bike. Check out more info and pictures inside.

2008 leverage ratios

2008 axle paths - “The rune has a more rearward axle path to make the bike more stable at speed over rough terrain than the other 2 bikes in the VF4B range, as this it more important for a trail riding / light freeride bike. The pedaling efficiency will still be great by using chain tension to help reduce pedal bob, all tho there will be slightly more pedal kickback than the other designs (partially because of having more travel). “
