We’re posting up another helmet for everyone to take a look at. With the season approaching it’s always worth checking out the different helmet options available. This time we’re checking out the carbon fiber version of the THE One helmet. We’ve already commented on the composite version a while back.

The carbon version of the THE One helmet weighs less than the composite but doesn’t sacrifice any standards compliance or features. To find out more info and see helmet detail pictures click the link below.

Below you can check out some detailed shots of the helmet and view its feature list. The carbon version will set you back a few more dollars than the composite version, but if weight is an important factor to you then it’s money well spent.

As we’ve mentioned before, trying on helmets before you purchase them is always the best practice. You can find your local THE dealer through their website. If you’d like to see their size chart you can check it out here.

The carbon fiber version of the THE One helmet makes a great choice for those looking to keep cool and stay light. While the helmet weighs a decent amount less than the composite version, it still complies with CPSC and CE standards. THE didn’t skimp on the features of the One helmet and even included a nice helmet bag.

At roughly $75 more than the composite version you’ll have to ask yourself whether or not the weight is worth it. We know our answer but you’ll have to come up with yours on your own.
