RockGardn Crew Socks

Monday, April 9th, 2007

If you’re running anything but SPD shoes when you’re biking, check out these socks from RockGardn.

If you have ever wanted a set of socks that perform as hard as you do, ditch your Hanes socks and get some of these RockGardn socks. They pack a lot of features and are built to perform. Read more about them inside.

If you don’t wear clipless shoes, these RockGardn crew socks are worth checking out. Conventional cycling socks are made for clipless shoes and if you’ve ever used cycling socks in regular shoes, they end up feeling awkward and inevitably lots of people will just use regular Hanes type socks. Enter the RockGardn crew sock.

RockGardn has designed a sock for those of you who don’t use clipless pedals. I’ve been wearing them for a few weeks now and thought I’d share what I thought about them with all of you.

The RockGardn Crew socks are great socks that are built to last. They feature a cool panel mesh top that helps your feet breathe while providing a great fit and some stellar durability. They come out of the wash just as a new set of socks and they’re designed to remain just as plush as when they’re new.

Mine have been through a lot (mud, water, sweat) and they’re still holding as new. The sock doesn’t feel hot and breathe really well in all weather conditions. They’re not too thick and they’re not too thin. The heel and toe area are re-enforced and are very durable.

The socks are pretty cheap, come in all sizes (even women specific sizes) and you can get them directly off the RockGardn website. I never thought I’d be writing about socks on here, but hey they’re worth it! SickLines approved.

Three pairs of socks are only $14.05, or $9.95 a pair (*hint* buy 3).

Colors available: Black/Gray (shown above), White/Gray, Pink/Black, or Pink/White

Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.
