Descent-World Intense Socom FRO Test
Wednesday, April 4th, 2007Ian and Chris at Descent-World have posted up an article on their testing of the Socom from Intense. They have some decent pictures of the bike as well as commentary on how it handles.
“The VPP linkage also seems to find speed on rougher stuff - carrying speed over parts of the trail I’d never done before. This extra speed caught me out at first as I was arriving into my normal turns far faster than the last time I rode a downhill bike but soon, after learning to use the brakes a bit more, corners and rooty sections took on a whole new persona. Awesome stuff.”
