A couple of things that review didn’t mention.
40lbs is with single ply tyres.
The pivots on the frames work like a headset, so they may have been loose. You adjust the tension with the BB cup tool and the 5/6mm hex key keeps it tight.
This system does seem to lack grease out of the factory, both I’ve sold have had to be ripped appart after only a week of riding. Pack some good quality grease in there and you should be set for a lot longer.
Not sure if I’d own one where it rains a bunch though!
Oh and the E13 works sweet. If you want to save weight- get an e13 lg1 kit.
And heres a scoop- they are bringing out the e13 plastics in WHITE! Yeow…
Heres one of the bikes I sold/built…
