Nipple Holder
This is for all you wheel builder’s, or wheel builders in training. If you’ve ever lost a nipple inside a rim, you know the frustration. Dirt Rag posted up a tip of how to avoid that.
Its a pretty simple design, and works well but i’ve found that if you use an old spoke it works just as well if not better.
Just cut an old spoke in half, thread in the nipple slightly and you’ve got a faster easier solution.
Sharpen the non threaded side on a grinder and you’ve got two great tools! It works great to spread cable housing, clean gunk out of tight areas, poke balloons, etc.

Thanks for the tip, i used that trick to build a wheelset and my spoke tention was all equal right away.
