Axiom Dirtworker Bike wash
Thursday, December 21st, 2006As we come across more things that are great to bring along with you to races / rides, we’ll add them to the Tool Guides. The first addition is the Axiom Dirtworker Bikewash. It’s pretty self explanatory what it does (wash bikes / parts / yourself) but here are the details. We’ll be getting a hold of one to do a review on hopefully in the near future.
Technical details:
- 15 litre (4 gallon tank)
- $300 retail (Canadian)
- Up to 60psi pressure (kept low on purpose so people don’t blow the grease out of their bearings)
- Adjustable spray tip for sensitive components
- Includes DC Adapter for cigarette lighter, 10 ft hose, spray nozzle and Nylon utility pack
- 8”x16”x14” (20cm x 41cm x 36cm)
- 6.4kg (13.5 lbs)

I have one of these is the UK, they aint that powerful, but also wont knock the grease out of the pivots, best used when the bike is still wet and gloopy, I manage to wash two bikes on a tank
