Oakley Thump Pro
Wednesday, November 15th, 2006Oakley launched another one of their digital music eyewear designs. The new model is the Thump Pro. It has memory capacities of 256MB, 512MB, and 1GB. At these sizes you can fit quite a bit of music so you don’t have to listen to the same thing each workout. The lens on the Thump Pro are interchangeable which allows you adapt to your lighting conditions without switching frames. The frame on the Thump Pro is a new lightweight design made out of UNOBTAINIUM which actually become more grippy with perspiration. The battery lasts up to 6 hours per charge, shown by the 3 light level indicator, which should be enough even for the most grueling day. The Thump Pro plays AAC, MP3, and WMA formats. Files are transferrered via USB 2.0 from Windows or Mac computers. The Thump Pro will set you back about $300.
